At Moore Jewellery, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted with love and care in New Zealand. While the magic is in the making, we know that the small stuff matters too. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle orders, shipping, and everything in between—so you can shop with confidence.

Shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • NZ Standard Shipping: Flat rate of NZ$6.50 NZD. Free shipping on orders over NZ$100 with the code FREENZ.

  • Australia: Flat rate of NZ$18.40. Free shipping on orders over NZ$180 with the code FREEAUS.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal for a secure and seamless checkout experience. Your payment details are encrypted and processed safely—so you can shop with confidence.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your jewellery — but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on eligible items. All pieces must be unworn, in original condition, packaging and with a tag attached. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, email us at hello@moorejewellery.co.nz within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Materials & Care

We use high-quality materials including gold-plated components and genuine pearls and gemstones.

To help your pieces stay beautiful for longer:

  • Store them in a dry place (a soft pouch is perfect!)

  • Avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions

  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear

Handmade

Each piece is made by hand in our New Zealand studio using natural pearls, which means no two are exactly the same—and that’s the beauty of it! Small variations of pearls are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade jewellery.
